New customers: your first support request is free
Companies working with Doğa Network for the first time get up to 45 minutes of free remote IT support for their first support request.
The printer won't print, Outlook won't open, the Wi-Fi keeps dropping... A small-looking IT problem can bring a whole day's work to a halt. So that you can get to know us better, we take care of our new customers' first support request free of charge.
How does the offer work?
- Who can take part: Companies that have not had a maintenance or support contract with Doğa Network before. Each company can use the offer once.
- Scope: Up to 45 minutes of remote troubleshooting and fix work on a single issue.
- When: Weekdays, 09:00–17:00 (excluding public holidays).
- You stay in control: You start the remote connection, watch the work on your screen and can end the connection at any time.
Apply in three steps
- Fill in the form at doga.help/kampanya and accept the participation agreement on behalf of your company.
- You receive an application code and WhatsApp opens; just send the prepared message.
- We connect remotely at a suitable time and look into your issue.

Good to know
- Please back up your data before we start working.
- On-site service, hardware and license costs, data recovery, installation and migration projects, and security incident response are not covered by the offer.
- If the work will take longer than 45 minutes, we tell you first. We do not continue without your approval.
- Monthly capacity is limited.
